We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team at Westcoast Wills & Estates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate and incapacity planning services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity for growth. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and peace of mind to our clients through properly structured companies, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive estate and incapacity planning services to clients
  • Assist with probate applications and advice for executors

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in estate and incapacity planning laws and regulations
