Job Title: Journeyperson Instrument Mechanic Job Description:

Join Teck's team as a Journeyperson Instrument Mechanic and contribute to the safe and sustainable operation of our Trail Operations, one of the world's largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelting and refining complexes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment and adhere to safety and environmental rules and procedures.
  • Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain field instrumentation and final control elements.
  • Collaborate with a team of maintenance peers to achieve maintenance goals.
Qualifications:
  • Hold an Inter-Provincial Red Seal Instrumentation Mechanic Ticket.
  • Have knowledge of Foxboro and ABB Systems, Modicon PLC's, and Wonderware HMI's.
  • Be WHIMIS certified and have experience in an industrial environment.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
