QuadReal Property Group is a global real estate investment, operating and development company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team is responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

We are seeking an EHS Intern to support our team in implementing environmental programs, conducting indoor air quality assessments, and validating information collected via internal environmental surveys. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for environmental compliance and management, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask.

As an EHS Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced EHS team, participate in training programs and presentations, and contribute to the development of our EHS Standard Operating Procedures. You will also have the chance to build your industry knowledge through our Corporate Speaker Series and Fireside Chats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of environmental programs for QuadReal's properties
  • Assist with indoor air quality assessments
  • Validate information collected via internal environmental surveys
  • Participate in training programs and presentations

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary Environmental Program with a focus on Environmental Assessment and/or Health & Safety
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
