Job Title: Regional Construction Manager

Colas Western Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Construction Manager to lead our construction and asphalt manufacturing activities in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage regional construction and asphalt manufacturing teams
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement best practices for estimating and project management
  • Lead and oversee all projects to ensure delivery on budget and schedule
Requirements:
  • Completion of a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Contract/Construction Law, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams with P&L responsibilities
  • Significant experience with civil and/or road construction
  • Strong work ethic and team-focused approach
  • Advanced communication skills (oral, written, and technical)
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office
  • PMP Certification an asset
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to travel to various business units and corporate offices as required
  • Overtime as required
  • Use of Personal Protection Equipment if required
  • Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements
