As a Nurse Practitioner, you will have the autonomy to order diagnostic tests, prescribe pharmaceuticals, and perform specific procedures in the management and treatment of illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Five (5) years experience as a nurse practitioner
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
