Job Summary

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in the Residential Care Unit at Assiniboia Union Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Implementation: Implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
  • Evaluation and Quality Improvement: Continuously evaluate patient care and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Nursing diploma
  • Registration: Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
