Job Title: Digital Product Owner

As a Digital Product Owner in our Digital Marketing Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our CRM products. You will work closely with the Product Manager to ensure our products remain healthy and continue to grow.

  • Measure and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and implement product roadmaps
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and develop user stories
  • Stay up-to-date with digital industry trends and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a key actor in the digital evolution of a global company
  • Collaborate with a passionate, highly skilled digital team
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, acquisition, and conversion performance improvements
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in product vision, feature prioritization, backlog management, user story writing, UX advocacy, release planning, and iterative development
  • Experience in defining product KPIs and success metrics; monitoring performance, identifying and driving improvement opportunities
  • Skilled in building business cases for the product roadmap, and defining customer and business KPIs
  • Proficient in SFDC and ACC with technical skills
  • Effective communication skills to bridge business needs with technical teams
  • Knowledgeable about databases, APIs, and system interoperability in complex innovation projects
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in CRM as a product owner
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Value-oriented, data-driven team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French)
