Vos responsabilités en tant qu'Administrateur Système Linux et AIX :

• Assurer la configuration, l'installation, la mise à jour et la maintenance des systèmes d'exploitation Linux et AIX.

• Planifier et effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive pour garantir la stabilité et la sécurité des systèmes.

• Créer, gérer et désactiver les comptes utilisateurs, ainsi que définir les autorisations et les privilèges appropriés.

• Installer, mettre à jour et gérer les logiciels et les packages requis pour le bon fonctionnement des systèmes.

• Surveiller les performances des serveurs, diagnostiquer les problèmes, et apporter des ajustements pour optimiser les performances.

• Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité, telles que les correctifs de sécurité, les pare-feu, et les politiques de sécurité, pour protéger les systèmes contre les menaces.

• Mettre en place des stratégies de sauvegarde régulières et s'assurer que les données peuvent être restaurées en cas de défaillance du système.
Votre expérience :

• Minimum de 10 années d'expérience en TI, dont 8 années en tant qu'admin AIX
Vous vous démarquez par :

• Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, car vous serez amené à collaborer avec des ressources à l'extérieur du Québec.

• Capacité de leadership pour guider et influencer les décisions technologiques et inspirer l'équipe.

• Pensée stratégique pour évaluer les besoins à long terme de l'entreprise et proposer des solutions technologiques adaptées.

• Possibilité de résolution de problèmes pour identifier et résoudre les défis techniques de manière efficace et innovante.

• Compétences en collaboration pour travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire, favoriser la coopération et la synergie entre les différents départements et parties prenantes.
