About the Role- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions
- Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform specific procedures as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect a deep understanding of the patient's needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in a relevant area
- Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
- Registered/eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
- Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)
- Problem-solving skills
