About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients with common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions
  • Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform specific procedures as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect a deep understanding of the patient's needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in a relevant area
  • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
  • Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)
