Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping and accounting entries for numerous entities;

  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor bank account balances;
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Conduct cash reconciliations with trustees;
  • Carry out bank transfers and issue checks;
  • Prepare various analyses for general ledger accounts;
  • Generate invoices for various entities (Interco);
  • Prepare government rebate forms and payments;
  • Complete month-end and year-end procedures;
  • Compile files for annual audits;
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial statements;
  • Ensure proper filing of supporting documents for all accounting transactions;
  • Execute certain administrative tasks related to entity creation;
  • Integrate new companies into the accounting software.
Qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting and management techniques, a certificate in accounting, or a bachelor's degree in accounting;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting;
  • You have experience in project accounting within service-based companies;
  • You have a professional and dynamic attitude.
