Join Kellanova Canada as a Document Control Coordinator - Contract starting this May in a fully on-site role based out of our Mississauga office. In this position, you will collaborate with our HR and Legal teams to digitize employee records and establish a comprehensive precedent library. You will need to have a strong focus on customer service while engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities will be crucial for your success in this fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Responsible for
  • Document Digitization and Review - Identify and digitize essential company documents using document management system(s). Also, contribute to the identification, organization, and disposal of company documents in line with our Document Retention Policy.
  • Off-Site Document Scanning - Visit an external document management company for scanning support.
  • HR Team Assistance - Collaborate with Kellanova Canada HR to report on document management reviews and progress. Additionally, support various HR activities as needed, including new hire paperwork, HR event support, and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications We're Seeking
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Excellent record-keeping and customer service skills, including experience with shared drives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's license.
