Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Crew Member. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to every guest, every time. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing and cooking food to high standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, with a focus on proper handling of raw proteins.
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare foods following specific methods, often requiring short preparation times.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills and deep-fat fryers, to prepare food to high standards.
  • Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions to prepare and cook food according to instructions.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations to maintain a well-organized and efficient working environment.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for food preparation.
  • Receive delivery of supplies and maintain inventory levels.

  • Have a ready smile and a warm personality to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Have a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
  • Have excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Enjoy learning new things and be willing to take on new challenges.
  • Be available to work 20-40 hours per week.
