Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review. Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups
- Perform data mappings, reverse engineering, documenting as-is flows, performing gap analysis and elicit requirements to support to-be end state
- Perform business analysis includes understanding of business objectives, planning, eliciting, scoping, analyzing, documenting, prioritization, managing changes, maintaining traceability, managing backlogs, stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
- Produce requirements documents – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming, High-level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping and Requirements traceability
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standard
- Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize, write user stories, groom product and sprint back log with the team
Here's What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within Insurance industry (Policy, Claims and Life & Health is preferred)
- Relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate education in Business Analysis
- Experienced in facilitating and collaborating with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements.
- Expert in performing data mappings, reverse engineering, gap analysis, documenting as-is and to-be flows and requirements, understanding of business objectives
- Advanced level of requirements analysis and documentation skills – Problem Opportunity Analysis, Scope Modelling, Business Process Mapping, Business Context Diagraming,
- Advanced experience in preparing High-level and Detailed Requirements, Use Cases & Scenarios, Business Rules & Data Catalogue, User Stories, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping, Requirements traceability and non-functional requirements
- Excellent communication, active-listening, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Business Analysis - CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, is nice to have
- Bilingualism (French and English - required) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues
- Knowledge of development methodologies - Agile, BI, SDLC, SCRUM, Kanban
- Experience is required on Jira and or Confluence

- Faciliter les sessions de travail avec les différents groupes de parties prenantes afin de cibler les exigences, faire l'analyse et la révision de celles-ci. Appliquer des techniques d'extraction avancées pour travailler avec différents types de groupes de parties prenantes
- Effectuer le mappage de données, de la rétro-ingénierie, documenter les flux existants, réaliser les analyses d'écarts et extraire les exigences pour atteindre les résultats souhaités
- Effectuer des analyses d'affaires comprenant la compréhension des objectifs d'affaires, la planification, l'extraction, la définition du périmètre, l'analyse, la documentation, la priorisation, la gestion du changement, le maintien de la traçabilité, la gestion du backlog, l'analyse des parties prenantes et l'estimation de l'effort
- Produire des documents d'exigences : analyse des opportunités et des problématiques, modélisation, cartographie de processus, diagramme de contexte d'affaires, exigences détaillées et de haut niveau, cas d'utilisation et scénarios, règles d'affaires et catalogue de données, récits utilisateurs, décomposition de récits et traçabilité des exigences
- Créer et maintenir un référentiel contenant la documentation des exigences réutilisables afin de soutenir les futures initiatives tout en suivant les normes de l'entreprise
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner et le Scrum Master afin de prioriser, rédiger des récits utilisateurs, préparer le produit et les sprints avec l'équipe
Ce dont vous avez besoin :
- Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires dans le secteur de l'assurance (Les polices, réclamations et vie et santé sont préférées)
- Diplôme de premier cycle pertinent et/ou une formation postuniversitaire en analyse d'affaires
- Expérience dans la facilitation et la collaboration avec divers groupes et partites prenantes afin de répondre aux exigences
- Expertise dans l'exécution de mappage de données, l'ingénierie inversée, l'analyse des écarts, la documentation des flux existants et futurs ainsi que dans la compréhension des objectifs d'affaires
- Niveau avancé dans l'analyse et la documentation des exigences : analyse des opportunités et des problématiques, modélisation, cartographie des processus d'affaires, diagrammes d'affaires
- Grande expérience dans la préparation d'exigences détaillées et de haut niveau, avec les cas d'utilisation et les scénarios, avec les règles d'affaires et le catalogue de données, les récits utilisateurs, la décomposition des récits, la cartographie des récits, la traçabilité des exigences et les exigences non fonctionnelles
- Excellentes compétences en communication, une écoute active, une facilité à développer des relations d'affaires, une capacité à gérer et à être proactif, un esprit d'équipe, une pensée critique ainsi que des compétences en résolutions de problèmes
- Certification en analyse d'affaires : CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA (un atout)
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais) en raison des interactions régulières avec les collègues
