HR Recruiter and Administrative Specialist Join Our Team as an HR Recruiter and Administrative Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete full cycle recruitment organization-wide, including identifying and engaging passive talent.
  • Research and implement new recruitment and sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Maintain an internal resume database and track employee performance, retention, and budget.
  • Organize and manage filing and tracking for the HR Department.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Provide benefits and payroll support as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years' work experience in recruiting, preferably in the Engineering industry.
  • Previous experience with engaging passive talent and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth and development.
