Front Store Manager

Manage the Front Store's performance, leading staff in delivering excellent customer service and achieving store objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Operations:
    • Maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience and drive profitability.
    • Work with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time.
    • Manage labour scheduling and labour productivity.
  • Human Resources:
    • Comply with Human Resources Standards.
    • Hire and support hiring for all departments.
    • Maintain wage administration and conduct staff performance reviews.
  • Finance:
    • Analyze financial reports and identify trends.
    • Meet period, quarterly and annual targets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail management experience for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the business and lead by example.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Superior interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
