Job Title: Front Store Manager

As a Front Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in the front store area. This includes managing the overall performance of the front store, including cosmetics, and ensuring that all store standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately received and stored
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
