Meat Associate

As a Meat Associate at Walmart Canada, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain the meat area, and assist with stocking and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Zones the department and rotates stock to ensure freshness.
- Checks for expired products and ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced.
- Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation.
- Takes orders for Deli Department merchandise and prepares items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, and pricing.
- Prepares deli food orders and fills prepared salads and side dishes for display.
- Follows Health and Safety guidelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment.

- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
