Join Our Team as an Administrative Support/Fundraising Specialist

We are excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Support/Fundraising Specialist at United Way of Greater Moncton and SENB/Centraide de la Region du Grand Moncton et du Sud Est du Nouveau-Brunswick. This role will involve working closely with our resource development director and administrative support person to assist in fundraising campaign activities and various office tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the office
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management
  • Act as a liaison for clients and the general public
  • Assist with sorting, organizing, and filing of receipts and records
  • Other duties as assigned
