**About the Role**

  • Manage warranty claims and processing, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records
  • Review customer claims, verify eligibility, and maintain accurate records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the process
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, source products, and expedite orders
  • Manage inventory and returns efficiently

  • Support the Outside Sales team in exceeding customer needs

**Requirements**
