Meat Department Manager

Lead the Meat Department to provide exceptional customer service while meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process merchandise, maintain salesfloor presentation, and participate in the recruitment and training of Meat Associates.
- Lead by example, greeting customers, promoting products, and making purchase decisions.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports and throwaway record sheets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
