Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our 2-person team at one of our residential properties. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of the property, working closely with your teammate to ensure exceptional customer service and a high level of property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators, and perform minor maintenance repairs as needed.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Leasing and On-Call**: Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests as needed.
  • **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with your teammate to achieve property goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • **Cleaning Experience**: Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is required.
  • **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and potential residents.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a 2-person team.
  • **Flexibility**: Ability to work some evening and weekend shifts as required.
