Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandise presentation, pricing, and store standards. Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

  3. Manage Associates

    Lead and develop a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive store environment.

  4. Implement Company Initiatives

    Implement company initiatives and programs to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

  5. Manage Asset Protection and Safety

    Oversee asset protection and safety initiatives to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and associates.

  6. Community Involvement

    Participate in community events and develop relationships with key community groups to enhance the store's role in the community.

  7. Leadership and Development

    Develop and implement leadership and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates.
