JOB OVERVIEW
Associate Brand Manager dedicated to create full portfolio brand and trade strategies and to partner with experts to assess, evaluate and execute these strategies. This ABM role is critical to the success of the Yogurt business strategy and is at the core of our business brand-building, operations, and execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create consumer-driven product strategies for our yogurt brands that drive sustainable brand growth and deliver financial forecast (RNS & Profit)
  • Lead full cross-functional teams and best-in-class partnership with our trade and sales teams to execute in-year objectives and lead learnings from past initiatives.
  • Collaborate with experts on Product, Strategic Revenue Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to assess and evaluate solutions, orchestrate annual plan, and ensure execution across all components of product portfolio.
  • Understand consumer and work with GCI on deep dive business analysis to identify innovative business opportunities
  • Manage and Leverage POS data (Nielsen) to deliver key insights and actionable items to our team.
  • Lead the active management of our consumer budget ensuring actions & strategies to hit annual target
  • Lead commercialization of product initiatives that deliver annual brand plan

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work/internship experience
  • Background in:
    • CPG Brand Marketing, Finance, Sales, Consulting or other leadership development program experience (industry agnostic)
  • Large, matrixed organization experience
  • Skills – Financial acumen, strategy, leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA – an asset
  • Fluency in French - an asset
  • Strong analytic ability to translate data into meaningful insights and action
  • Strong ability to strategically influence and turn insights into clear storytelling
  • Solution-oriented and well organized
  • Ability to challenge status quo, think outside of the box and motivate teams
  • Ability to influence and inspire direct and cross-functional team
  • Ability to strategically choose levers to balance short-term commitments and long-term brand health
  • Ability to identify and evaluate brand opportunity ideas and make connections across other brands in portfolio
  • Solution-oriented and well organized
  • Understand P&L mechanics and how to impact bottom-line drivers
  • Demonstrate comfort and capability with brands in all stages of growth

Gestionnaire de marque associé dédié à la création d'un portefeuille complet de stratégies de marque et commerciale et à s'associer à des partenaires d'affaires pour élaborer, évaluer et exécuter ces stratégies. Ce rôle de Gestionnaire de marque associé est essentiel au succès de la stratégie commerciale du domaine d'activités du yogourt et est au cœur de la construction de nos marques, de nos opérations et de notre exécution.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Créer des stratégies de produits axées sur le consommateur, pour nos marques de yogourt, qui stimulent la croissance durable de la marque et fournissent des prévisions financières (RNS & Profit)
  • Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles complètes et collaborer de concert avec les équipes commerciales pour atteindre les objectifs de l'année en cours et tirer les apprentissages clés des initiatives passées.
  • Collaborer avec des experts en matière de produits, de gestion stratégique des revenus, de finances et de chaîne d'approvisionnement pour évaluer les solutions, orchestrer le plan annuel et assurer l'exécution de toutes les composantes du portefeuille de produits.
  • Comprendre le consommateur et travailler avec l'équipe GCI sur l'analyse commerciale approfondie afin d'identifier des opportunités commerciales innovantes.
  • Gérer et exploiter les données de ventes (Nielsen) pour fournir des informations clés et des éléments exploitables à notre équipe.
  • Diriger la gestion active de notre budget consommateurs en veillant à ce que les actions et les stratégies atteignent les objectifs annuels.
  • Diriger la commercialisation des initiatives de produits afin de livrer le plan de marque annuel.

EXIGENCES

  • Baccalauréat et 2 ans+ d'expérience de travail/stage
  • Expérience :
    • Domaine du marketing de la marque CPG, des finances, des ventes, du conseil ou d'un autre programme de développement du leadership (indépendant de l'industrie)
  • Expérience dans une grande organisation matricielle
  • Compétences – Sens financier, stratégie, leadership
