Job status: Temporary part-time/ Summer Student
Position duration: May to August 2024
Claim's group is responsible to open and manage claim on Bell Canada's network.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:- Track, obtain and analyze forms and the associated costs related the claim
- Scrutinize all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
- Analyze, detail and validate cost and process corrections if applicable
- Create, monitor and close all related files in various systems
- Provide all pertinent information required for the recovery
- Receive calls to initiate claims against liable third parties
- Asses and notify all departments associated with the repair
- Bilingualism required: Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of outside network
- Knowledge of the following applications : CMS, FWFM, Horizon and ACUT
- SAP
- Monday to Friday, business hours
