Job Opportunity at North Country Property Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Loader Operator to join our team at North Country Property Maintenance. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for removing snow from walkways and parking areas at commercial properties, prioritizing safety and ensuring clear paths for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Removal of snow from walkways and parking areas
  • Salting/sanding of walkways and parking areas
  • Prioritizing safety: ensuring walkways are clear of slipping hazards and ensuring safe practices while removing the snow.
  • Be a reliable team member - can be counted on to show up and get the job done.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Available on-call 24 hours/7 days per week – including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with small equipment is an asset, but are willing to train
  • Snowplow experience is an asset, but are willing to train
  • Previous experience with snow removal is an asset

Growth and Achievement:

Possibility of leading to a summer landscaping position, or growth into a team leader role.
