  • Manage and carry Accident Benefits & Tort files from opening to closing.
  • Draft legal documents, such as affidavits, undertakings, and motion records.
  • Assist lawyers with Motion Records, Pre-Trial Memorandums, Case Conference Summaries, and Mediation Memorandums.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury experience with emphasis on AB & Tort.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Preparing LAT Applications and Case Conference Summaries.
  • Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institution (asset).
