Director of Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, leadership, and team management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and articulating the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals
  • Managing and mentoring a diverse team of creatives, social media specialists, and digital growth experts
  • Overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for campaigns, social media activities, and digital growth initiatives
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Anticipating potential challenges or risks to the brand's image and developing plans to address them proactively

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
  • Creative vision and ability to guide the creation of compelling content and campaigns
  • Digital marketing expertise and ability to integrate digital channels into a cohesive strategy
  • Analytical skills and ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
