As a cook with Dexterra Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Cooking a variety of appetizing meals using different cooking methods, including deep-frying, pan-frying, broiling, baking, boiling, grilling, sautéing, and steaming.
  • Preparing meals within the allocated food budget and ensuring consistency in food delivery.
  • Operating commercial and non-commercial kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, steamers, grills, and broilers.
  • Assisting in menu planning, inventory counts, and grocery orders.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dining room and kitchen areas.
