The receptionist performs a lot of office work in support of the company's administration. This individual helps all employees and ensures that visitors and customers have had a pleasant experience. Because the receptionist is easily accessible, they must always act in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Phones:

  • Answering all calls and transfer to appropriate departments as needed
  • Filing, scanning, documentation necessary information
  • Ability to process transfers to other departments very frequently
  • Forward emails from website
  • Sending out the mail
  • Planning and ordering company food for internal departments
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Booking Fed Ex or UPS shipments out
Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / French (spoken and written) or English with a functional French.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Data entry experience
