MANDAT


• Contribuer à un important projet de portail clients/fournisseurs


• Favoriser l'autonomie des clients et des fournisseurs dans la gestion de leurs activités


• Maximiser la vision du parcours client, principalement sur le site web de l'entreprise et le portail client


• Œuvrer dans un environnement .NET, CSS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Jira, Confluence

PROFIL


• 7+ années d'expérience en TI


• Expérience significative en tant que Product Owner


• Expertise en optimisation du parcours client


• Maîtrise de Salesforce Marketing Cloud et Salesforce Experience Cloud


• Bonne connaissance de Jira et Confluence


• Expérience en environnement .NET et CSS


• Certification(s) PSM, PSPO ou SAFe (fort atout)


• BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent


• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
