- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government directives
- Oversee the preparation of reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of 5-10 people to achieve business objectives
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and technical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
$47.00/hour
