Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimal utilization
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize performance
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
