Le rôle

  • Planifier et effectuer des visites de prévention afin de constater des risques existants ou potentiels de sinistres.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'inspection de qualité en lien avec les visites de prévention effectuées.
  • Formuler des recommandations basées sur les politiques de l'entreprise et l'expertise technique et en assurer le suivi auprès des assurés, des souscripteurs et des courtiers.
  • Sensibiliser les assurés à une saine gestion des risques en prodiguant des conseils techniques sur la gestion des risques et sur la prévention des sinistres.
  • Répondre aux questions d'ordre technique des assurés, des souscripteurs et des courtiers.
  • Conseiller les souscripteurs, les courtiers et les experts en sinistres au sujet de l'application uniforme des lignes directrices de notre entreprise en matière de prévention des sinistres.
  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de productivité et de normes de qualité de service en matière de prévention des pertes.

Compétences requises

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur, d'ingénieur technique, de sciences connexes, ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire (TPI ou TAPI), collégial (DEC) ou une attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) en prévention des incendies.
  • Détenir un titre professionnel CIP et/ou de CRM est un atout.
  • Au moins 5 à 7 années d'expérience pertinente.
  • Possession d'un permis de conduire valide et en règle.
  • Connaissances approfondies des principes et des techniques de prévention des sinistres en matière de propriété, de biens et de responsabilité.
  • Excellente connaissance des codes et normes applicables en matière de protection contre l'incendie et de construction (code électrique, NFPA).
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
  • Orientation vers les clients avec de solides compétences en matière d'établissement de relations.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et de présentation.
  • Fortes capacités d'apprentissage, d'adaptation et d'encadrement.
  • Orientation vers le détail avec de fortes compétences organisationnelles, de l'agilité et la capacité de travailler sous une supervision minimale.
  • Bonne connaissance des applications de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • [Bilingue (français et anglais)] Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays
