Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant at Painted Hand Casino. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and washing soiled kitchen and tableware to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Putting away clean kitchen and tableware to ensure efficient use of storage space.
  • Carrying out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Assisting with inventory tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient preparation of food.
  • Performing other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience.
  • Successful completion of Food Safe Handling Certificate would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen would be preferred.
  • Experience in working with diverse situations and personalities.
