About Us:

  • Seeking a Vice President of Treasury to collaborate with the CFO and work closely with executive, finance, risk, and operational teams.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities related to the company's debt facilities and cash flow to support Financeit's growth.
  • Play a key role in optimizing the company's capital structure, including launching a securitization program to drive growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Enhance the treasury team for improved cash flow and return on equity.
  • Optimize current financing relationships and evaluate long-term strategies.
  • Expand securitization offerings and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Develop cash flow models and provide strategic recommendations for capital planning.
  • Manage relationships with credit agencies, lenders, and investors.
  • Oversee cash management, internal controls, and settlement processes.
  • Support external audits and quarterly reviews.

Requirements:

Qualifications for Success:

  • 10+ years of financial and treasury experience with expertise in securitization structures.
  • Accounting designation (CPA CA or CMA, CFA) or MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and ABS securitization.
  • Effective people management and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and relationships effectively.
