Local Super User - Contract Logistics Team Local Super User - Contract Logistics Team

Kuehne+Nagel, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a skilled Local Super User to join our Contract Logistics team in Mississauga.

Your Role

As a Local Super User, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations to effectively utilize our internal systems, ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and support staff on KN SwiftLOG-related topics and attached applications.
  • Maintain training documentation and working instructions for IS/IT.
  • Participate in new customer implementations and joint continuous improvement initiatives with operations.
  • Ensure processes are aligned with customer requirements through system validation and quality audits.
  • Perform testing for regular software updates to the WMS and manage data extraction and report management.
  • Work with the KNPS engineer to automate systems, generate KPI/data reports, and manage user logins and profiles.
  • Provide help desk support and monitor ticketing queues.
  • Represent the Information System department in interactions with clients and operations.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • 3+ years of experience in a 3PL/Distribution Centre/Warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of WMS and Logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
