Local Super User Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role in logistics where you can utilize your technical skills to support operations? Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Local Super User to join our Contract Logistics team in Mississauga.

Your Role

As a Local Super User, you will provide technical support to operations teams to effectively utilize our internal systems. This role involves training, supporting, and administering computer systems used in our Contract Logistics warehouse operations, including KN Swiftlog, Ciel FW FD, Logistar, and Maves.

Your Responsibilities
  • Train and support operations teams on KN SwiftLOG-related topics and attached applications.
  • Maintain training documentation and working instructions for IS/IT.
  • Participate in new customer implementations and joint continuous improvement initiatives with operations.
  • Ensure processes are aligned with customer requirements and participate in quality and compliance audits.
  • Perform testing for regular software updates to the WMS and manage user logins and profiles.
  • Provide help desk support and monitor ticketing queues.
  • Represent the Information System department in interactions with clients and operations.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Degree in International Business, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • 3+ years of experience in 3PL/Distribution Center/Warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of WMS and logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
