About the Job

We're looking for a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables
  • Taking reservations over the phone and in person
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front entrance and host stand
  • Working closely with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar position for at least 6 months
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, restaurant experience considered an asset
