TD Direct Investing Journey Intern/Co-op

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity is part of the TD Direct Investing Journey, a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences across TD's self-directed investing platforms. As an intern/co-op, you will play a key role in supporting the development of innovative features and solutions that enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Product Manager in driving the objective and key results for a given phase of the Journey (Shop, Buy, Serve, Engage) by creating and maintaining feature roadmaps, managing escalations, assessing customer feedback, and communicating sprint goals as part of an agile team.
  • Contribute to the measurement of Journey Key Results at each phase and understand their drivers to assess progress, and uncover new data-driven insights to influence both short-term tactics and longer-term strategy.
  • Support the Senior Manager or Manager with the longer-term innovation agenda by exploring, developing, and validating new concepts, and defining and scoping early-stage opportunities through prototyping and testing.

Requirements:

  • Working towards a degree/diploma in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • A strong team player, curious to learn, with an ability to quickly build relationships.
  • A passion for making personal finances easier.
  • Experience working on complex problems that have competing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, developing business documents and leadership presentations.
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
