Job Title: Assistant Clinic Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to join our team at Medicentres. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Clinic Manager in achieving performance goals, including patient retention, patient satisfaction, and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Clinic Manager in achieving performance goals, including patient retention, patient satisfaction, and operational targets * Ensure that company policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to * Assist in maintaining optimal levels of medical and office supplies * Ensure standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained * Handle patient concerns in an effective manner in accordance with our customer service standards * Create a customer service culture that supports our patients and physicians * Assist Clinic Manager in communicating and executing on strategic initiatives affecting clinic operations * Exemplify the organization's core values and ensure staff are aware of and performing to these standards * Assist in completing operational reporting and metrics * Support and execute on business development programs and initiatives * Ensure Med Access is protected and safeguarded according to organizational policy * Manage clinic staffing levels for adherence to the staffing model * Assist Clinic Manager with performance management, performance reviews, and progressive discipline as required * Participate in the hiring of all staff as required * Ensure staff are properly trained in all aspects of their role and provide on-going coaching as required Requirements: * 2-3 year college diploma in business or related field * 1-2 years clinic experience * Previous supervisory experience is an asset * Customer service focus with strong communication skills * Time management skills * Detail oriented with exceptional problem solving skills * Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible * Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with the Health Information Act guidelines About Us: Medicentres is a growing network of professionally managed healthcare clinics dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to patients across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
