Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Fed Finance. As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, and analyzing financial statements to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Produce accurate and detailed financial information, including month-end financial statements and analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Present financial information to senior management and the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting, to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Participate in the budgeting process, working closely with senior management to develop and implement financial plans.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Prextra.
  • Bilingualism, with fluency in English and French.
  • CPA designation, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000.
  • A bonus structure, with opportunities for annual bonuses.
