Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and diverse team at Kuehne + Nagel.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, picking, and shipping of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Material Handling Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, to move goods and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and location accuracy, documenting and reporting any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists, to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve warehouse goals and objectives, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Safety and Security: Follow all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols, respecting customers, company property, and equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process-specific training and adhere to all work instructions and guidelines established by Kuehne-Nagel to comply with regulatory standards.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre environment, with pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Certification: Certification operating material handling equipment (MHE) required, including forward reach, dock stocker, clamp, single/double walkie, turret, order picker.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and safety regulations within the business unit.
