Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing daily cash position reports and executing cash flow movements to ensure adequate liquidity is available to meet business units' disbursement requirements.
- Providing analysis and recommendations related to credit facility, including borrowing, repayment, and rollover activities.
- Monitoring intercompany balances and working with Accounts Payable team to initiate balance settlement.
- Performing bank account administration duties, such as opening/closing bank accounts, responding to bank KYC requests, and reviewing and maintaining user access permissions within banking portals.
- Preparing and analyzing rolling weekly cash flow forecast for all business units to support liquidity and capital planning activities.
- Collaborating with business units to identify actual vs forecast cash variances and summarizing results for senior management team.
- Preparing treasury-related month-end journal entries, including interest accruals, loan borrowing and repayment activities, bank fees, and FX gains/losses.
- Supporting with administration of Term Loan, including confirming accuracy of rate resetting notices, drafting payment requisitions to settle interest payments, and posting month-end journal entries.
- Overseeing day-to-day currency requirements and ensuring competitive execution of required FX trades.
- Supporting with insurance administration activities, including coordinating the issuance of insurance certificates, preparing underwriting materials for annual renewals, and maintaining claim summary reports.
- Recommending, implementing, and maintaining process improvements to enhance treasury processes.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Treasury Analyst with:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in an Operations Finance, Treasury, or Corporate Finance role.
- University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to identify underlying reasons or facts.
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills to build cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-versed in ERP systems, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Excel and modeling skills, and other MS office applications (Power Point, Word).
