About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Penningtons. As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their shopping experience.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
