We are currently accepting applications for a Carpenter Superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities include:- Ensure jobs are conducted in an efficient, effective, and timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Assist in problem-solving on site along with consultants, project engineers, and Operation Manager
- Mentor, coach, and develop Foreman/Supervisors
- Direct Foreman/Supervisors of the daily and upcoming tasks to be followed
- Direct the on-site sub-contractors, the material and equipment supplied, and the vendors, daily
- Help build and maintain schedule as well as daily detailed descriptions of operations in daily report
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years of carpentry experience in a civil construction setting
- Red seal carpenter ticket preferred
- Concrete and/or formwork experience is required
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to work in a face-paced, ever-changing environment
