We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Superintendent to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. As a Carpenter Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Collaborate with consultants, project engineers, and operation managers to resolve on-site issues.
- Mentor and develop Foreman/Supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Direct Foreman/Supervisors to prioritize daily and upcoming tasks.
- Oversee on-site sub-contractors, materials, equipment, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to building and maintaining project schedules and daily operation reports.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a civil construction setting.
- 5+ years of carpentry experience with a strong background in concrete and formwork.
- Red seal carpenter ticket is preferred.
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
