Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and making sales calls to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone orders in a courteous and professional manner
- Communicate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure special shipping costs and requirements are communicated to customers and the Shipping Department
- Make weekly sales calls to customers to build rapport and provide product information
- Communicate customer needs and issues to the Outside Sales team
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers
- Research and qualify new leads to close sales and meet targets
- Participate in meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal goals
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Inside Sales experience preferred (3-5 years)
- Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Bilingual in French and English mandatory
