  • Communicate with others about current industry trends, new technologies, and services that impact member and employee experience as well as providing factual recommendations
  • Maintain user manuals and training materials
  • Accurately maintain and ensure FirstOntario's data integrity standards
  • Consider health & safety as a primary concern to ensure the safety of self and others
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent in a related program
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of working knowledge of Java, APIs, mobile development,.NET
  • Training and experience in Temenos T24 software support and development considered an asset
  • Understand and have working knowledge of System Develop Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for planning, creating, testing, and deploying an information system
  • Knowledge of application development best practices
  • Quick to respond to requests for service from all of your clients in a manner which is clearly understood
  • Analytical and detail-oriented when dealing with technical support issues and IT projects
  • Ability to provide strong member experience
  • Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Aware of and mitigate enterprise risk factors and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation, and FirstOntario policies and procedures
