The start date for this position will be Sept 30th, 2024 and the contract will for a duration of 6 months.

Job Description
  • Responding to tickets logged by end users for IT support related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners
  • Helping users install applications and computer peripherals, as well as diagnosing technical problems.
  • Traveling to other LGC locations or connecting via a remote link.
  • Working with the project team to assist in the Office move
  • Solving system and network problems and diagnosing hardware or software faults
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely manner
  • Providing support to end users via phone, email or in person
Qualifications
  • Previous knowledge of using ITSM software preferable
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
  • Preferably with 1 or more years related experience in IT Support. Some network knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer focused attitude.
  • Independent, resourceful individuals with a "can-do" attitude
