About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at GPS Tracking Canada Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
